Beta trust
Terms
These beta terms set expectations for using MyVu before the public release. They are intentionally plain-language and should be replaced with reviewed legal terms before a wider launch.
Beta Service
MyVu is in beta. Features, availability, rankings, recommendations, import/export tools, and mobile behaviour may change while the product is being tested with early users.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using an email address you control. Closed beta access may be limited to approved email addresses or invite-only cohorts.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, scrape private data, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use social features to harass other users.
Public Content And Moderation
Content you make public may be visible to other users. MyVu may remove content, restrict accounts, or change visibility when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, or run the beta responsibly.
No Payments Unless Enabled
Billing and membership features should be treated as disabled unless the app explicitly shows a live checkout or payment flow. Do not rely on unfinished billing screens as a purchase offer.
